No. We build the pipelines, workflows and automations inside your CRM — we don't message, call or email your customers on your behalf. Everything runs under your own account, in your own name.
Do I need a WebSmart website or CRM to use this?
No — this service works inside your existing HubSpot or GoHighLevel account, whoever built your website. If you don't have a CRM at all yet, see our CRM service instead.
Which tier do I need?
Simple suits a single pipeline with a handful of automations. Standard adds review automation and more pipelines — most trade businesses land here. Complex is for multi-channel automation and integrations with job-management or accounting tools.
Is there an ongoing cost?
The build itself is a one-time fee. An ongoing optimisation retainer is available but the scope and price aren't fixed yet — ask when you book a call.
Can I add staff training later?
Yes — a training session is a £99 one-time add-on to any tier, and you don't have to buy it at the same time as the build.
