Is there a contract or am I tied in?

The AI Receptionist and CRM are rolling monthly — cancel any time. Website Creation and CRM Build & Automation are one-time fees, so there's nothing to cancel beyond the website's £30/month hosting & support retainer.

Can I mix and match services?

Yes — every service is bought separately. Plenty of clients start with just the AI Receptionist, or just a website, and add the others later once they see the value.

What does the Website Creation one-time fee cover?

Design, build and launch of your site — Basic gets a shorter intake form and limited customisation, Custom gets full design scope from a detailed intake form. Both include local SEO by default.

Will CRM Build & Automation touch my customers?

No. We build the pipelines, workflows and automation structure inside your existing HubSpot or GoHighLevel account — we never message or contact your customers directly.
